Tasks
- Lead and motivate a team dedicated to the commercial management of the development portfolio
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive innovation and strategic initiatives
- Provide strategic oversight and direct management of renewable energy developers and development pipelines
- Maintain and enhance governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements
- Cultivate strong and productive relationships with developers, funds, and other stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks related to the performance of the portfolio
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields
- Over 10 years of senior management experience in renewable energy or related sectors
- Proficient in financial modelling, project management, and data and reporting
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Strong regulatory, governance, and compliance knowledge
- Experience in leadership and strategic management within the renewable energy sector
