Intro
Als Venture Development Manager bei Enpal arbeitest du eng mit dem Chief Supply Chain Officer zusammen, um strategische und operative Projekte im Supply Chain Department zu initiieren und zu verantworten. Du unterstützt den Aufbau neuer Prozesse und analysierst datengestützt Empfehlungen. Mit einem Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in BWL oder Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen und Erfahrung in dynamischen Umfeldern wie Consulting oder Start-Ups bist du ideal für diese Rolle geeignet. Du solltest proaktiv, kreativ, und kommunikativ sein sowie über Verhandlungsgeschick verfügen. Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
Tasks
- Initiating and managing strategic and operational projects in the Supply Chain Department
- Analyzing and summarizing large datasets to provide data-driven recommendations
- Supporting the development of scalable processes for the Supply Chain Department
- Collaborating closely with the Chief Supply Chain Officer and Managing Director
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration and/or Industrial Engineering
- Experience in a dynamic environment such as Consulting, VC, or Start-Up
- Proactive, creative, and responsible approach to initiating and managing projects
- Strong communication skills in German and English
