Als Associate Strategy & CSCO Office bei Enpal arbeitest du eng mit dem Chief Supply Chain Officer und dem Managing Director zusammen, um strategische und operative Projekte im Supply Chain Department zu initiieren und zu verantworten. Du unterstützt den Aufbau neuer Prozesse und erarbeitest datengestützte Empfehlungen. Mit einem Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, Erfahrung in dynamischen Umfeldern wie Consulting oder Start-Ups, sowie einer proaktiven und kreativen Arbeitsweise bist du bei Enpal genau richtig. Du solltest über eine pragmatische Can-Do Mentalität, exzellenten Business-Sense und Verhandlungsgeschick verfügen und sicher in Deutsch und Englisch kommunizieren können.
Tasks
- Initiating and managing strategic and operational projects in the Supply Chain Department
- Analyzing and summarizing large datasets to provide data-driven recommendations
- Supporting the development of new scalable processes for the Supply Chain Department
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration and/or Industrial Engineering
- Experience in a dynamic environment such as Consulting, VC, or Start-Up
- Proactive, creative, and responsible approach to initiating and managing projects
- Strong business sense, negotiation skills, and pragmatic mindset
- Fluency in German and English communication with internal and external stakeholders
