Intro
This is a two-year Fixed Term Contract within the Data Management team at EBRD, dedicated to supporting the Donor Funds Programme. The role involves standardizing donor reporting, enhancing portfolio management reporting, improving data availability and quality, supporting data migration efforts, and contributing to backlog work. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of business analysis, data management, Agile methodology, and EBRD activities. Experience in business and data analysis, proficiency in tools like Excel, IBM Cognos, SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx Designer, along with a relevant degree/professional qualification, are required. Tasks
- Assist in mapping donor/fund reporting requirements
- Develop standardised templates for reporting
- Enhance Portfolio Management Reporting
- Improve data availability and quality
- Support data migration efforts
- Ensure cohesive data flow for integrated reporting
- Contribute to backlog work scheduled for digitisation processes
- Analyse and document data change requests
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience as a Business Data Analyst
- Expertise in business and data analysis
- Knowledge of Data Management and Agile methodology
- Experience with Excel, IBM Cognos, SQL Server, Tableau, Alteryx Designer
- Degree/professional qualification or equivalent work experience
