Intro

Bonus points are given for experience in the e-bike or automotive industry, familiarity with agile methodologies, certification in requirements management or business analysis, and German language skills.
Tasks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document technical requirements
- Perform system requirements analysis based on stakeholder requirements
- Document requirements at the system level and support departments in creating domain-specific requirements
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams
- Organize and coordinate requirements reviews
- Implement and manage requirements baselines
- Work with Test and QA teams to ensure requirements are testable
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Provide ongoing support to project teams
- Regularly report on project progress
- Identify and introduce necessary requirements management processes and tools
- Take responsibility for project-specific requirements engineering
- Coordinate and manage technical changes
- Create tool-based and project-specific infrastructure
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering or Requirements Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with requirements management tools and best practices
- Proficiency in lifecycle standards and SDLC processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities for multiple projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Bonus: Experience in e-bike or automotive industry projects, agile methodologies, certified in requirements management or business analysis, Model Based System Engineering Requirements Generation
- German language skills are an advantage
