- Lead major client implementation programs
- Guide clients through the Kraken Operating Model
- Drive a program of change for clients
- Build trustworthy relationships with clients and team members
- Provide coaching and mentoring to clients and team members
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English
- Extensive experience in the Utilities industry
- Strong experience in leading operational transformation programs
- Proven experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- Ability to understand client success criteria

- Proven experience in building relationships and trust with clients
