Intro
The Program Analyst position at Booz Allen involves supporting projects from concept to completion, ensuring the success of programs through careful analysis and effective communication. The role includes implementing and maintaining organizational programs in support of acquisitions, reviewing contracts and project cost accounting, and collaborating with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience with DoD acquisitions, planning and developing comprehensive reports, using Microsoft Office products, and knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and processes. The position requires a TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
Tasks
- Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of acquisitions
- Review contracts and project cost accounting
- Assist with tactical planning using MS Office products
- Communicate with key stakeholders, SMEs, engineers, schedulers, and customers
Requirements
- Experience with DoD acquisitions and developing products such as performance work statement (PWS) and request for proposals (RFP)
- Experience with planning, coordinating, and developing comprehensive reports for organizational programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and processes
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in a Program Management Office environment, or 12+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
