Requirements
- Master's degree in criminal justice, criminology, political science, public policy, public health, or related field
- 4 years of experience in applied social science, public health, or criminal legal system research
- 4 years of experience with qualitative and mixed-methods research
- 4 years of experience leading design and implementation of research projects
- 4 years of experience in criminal legal system reform, racial equity, and community-based approaches
- 2 years of experience managing research projects
- 2 years of experience with qualitative analysis software applications
- 2 years of experience leading, training, and supervising others on qualitative data collection and analysis
