Support in identifying new expansion opportunities and target market segments through market analysis and competitive research to assess opportunities and risks., Assist in the implementation of the overall strategic direction of the company and develop actionable strategies to achieve our business objectives., Supporting the analysis of our customer insights in order to understand their needs and preferences and to derive tailor-made strategies from this., Use data-driven approaches to identify patterns, trends and opportunities to improve operational efficiency and help make strategic business decisions., Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for the C-Level or external stakeholders.

Lead strategic projects across departments, Provide dedicated support to managing directors on high-level topics such as investor relations, strategic partner management and company-wide initiatives, Identify, develop and implement new strategic growth initiatives based on well-modelled business cases, Collaborate with the C-Level team to shape and refine the company’s strategy, Report directly to the founder and managing director

Assist the founding team across various aspects of the business, Conduct market research and analyze data, Help develop and implement business plans, Lead certain transformation projects within the company, Prepare investor presentations, Manage key partnerships, Assist with internal operations such as Finance and HR, Manage agenda and emails of the CEO, Help in budgeting and finance tasks

Develop hypotheses for potential investment deals, research relevant companies and build a strong network across the European start-up ecosystem., Perform in-depth due diligence on potential investments and assess them using the investment scorecard., Ensure that we are always well informed regarding the activities of our portfolio companies., Engage with our limited partners to illustrate our approach to investments, management and measurements.
