SOS MEDITERRANEE is a non-profit organization dedicated to saving the lives of refugees and migrants in the Mediterranean. Their rescue ships are constantly in operation, observing and documenting activities in the central Mediterranean region. They work closely with various authorities to rescue people in distress at sea and provide them with safety and protection. Their mission is based on legal principles and they strive to educate the public about their work and answer questions. Their goal is to protect human life and respect the dignity and rights of all people.
