Die Stiftung DruckkunstMuseum Leipzig
aus Leipzig
The Museum für Druckkunst in Leipzig, founded in 1994, is dedicated to the cultural heritage of printing technology. It is a vibrant place of industrial culture, presenting 550 years of printing culture on four floors with around 90 functional machines. As a member of the museum's support association, you support the museum's educational work and help keep the art of printing alive. The museum offers free admission all year round and evokes emotions through the three-dimensional experience of print media. The Museum für Druckkunst is a place for source research with the intention of not losing the original forms and indispensable standards that are endangered by the possibilities of digital manipulation.
