Einführung
Join Ivy as a Working Student in Talent Acquisition and support our team in identifying and attracting top talent across various departments in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
Aufgaben
- Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels.
- Support the initial screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews, and managing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Contribute to various talent acquisition projects and initiatives as needed.
Voraussetzungen
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program
- Prior experience in a business setting or at least completed 1 internship in a fast-paced environment (Start-Up, Consulting, Banking, VC) is highly desirable.
- An interest in talent acquisition, with a keen desire to learn and grow in this field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Excellent English and German Skills.
