Einführung
The Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Systems and Device Technology IISB offers an exciting opportunity for students to work as a research assistant in the field of power electronics for aviation applications.
Aufgaben
- Create and optimize PCB layouts and schematics using Altium Designer
- Assist in the assembly and testing of hardware prototypes
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for hardware designs
- Work closely with engineers to integrate hardware designs with software and firmware
- Write software and firmware to test developed PCBs
- Select suitable parts and components and integrate them into the Altium component library
Voraussetzungen
- Enrolled student of electrical engineering, mechatronics or another related degree program and have already completed your undergraduate studies
- Strong interest in power electronics and related technologies
- Prior knowledge of PCB design software
- Ability to familiarize yourself with new tools and technologies
- Motivated and enjoy working in a team
