- Independent supervision of the recruiting process for interns and working students

- Participation in the development and optimization of key processes and structures in the HR division
- Planning and organization of training events
- Help in shaping personnel marketing measures and employer branding
- Support in HR administration
Voraussetzungen
- Advanced studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in economics or social sciences
- Interest in human resources and labor law
- Ideally first experiences in human resources
- Independent, proactive, and structured working method
- Enthusiasm for innovation
- Communication skills and empathy
- Confident handling of MS Office applications (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
