Aufgaben

Develop, maintain, and enhance WordPress websites using page builders (e.g. Elementor)
Collaborate with the growth team to design and implement new features and functionalities
Ensure high-performance and availability of websites, and manage all technical aspects of the CMS
Ensure responsive design and a seamless user experience across all devices
Participate in product discovery activities, including user research, prototyping, and usability testing
Take responsibility for hosting, development, speed optimization, and maintenance of WordPress websites
Collaborate on experiments and A/B tests to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in web products

Voraussetzungen

Proven experience in developing and maintaining WordPress websites
Proficiency in Elementor and its advanced features
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience with responsive design principles
Understanding of cross-browser compatibility
Basic understanding of PHP
Experience with MySQL for database management
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Fluent in English, German is a plus
Experience with other page builders and WordPress plugins (e.g. wp-rocket)
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Basic understanding of Python
Experience with Tracking tools like Matomo and Amplitude
Experience with A/B Testing
Experience with automation tools like Make or Zapier
