Einführung
Experienced wind farm engineer is needed! This role involves working as a consultant and engineer in the feasibility, development, construction monitoring, and commissioning of wind farms on an international level.
Aufgaben
- Acting as expert consultant in the projection and development of wind farm projects
- Responsible for feasibility studies during the project development phase
- Prepare or supervise drafting of technical specifications for tender documents
- Evaluate EPC/IPP bids and review/validate executive design prior to construction
- Intervene in the supervision of the construction and commissioning of the wind farms
- Advise and support international offices in wind technology project development and implementation
Voraussetzungen
- Bachelor’s degree in energy, electrical or industrial engineering (Master’s level preferred)
- 5 years of experience in consultancy or design and development of wind farms
- Very good technical understanding and knowledge of major wind turbine manufacturers
- Experience with Wind/Pro software, OpenWind and other wind farm design tools is an asset
- Good knowledge of PPA (IPP), EPC and O&M contract provisions is desirable
- Perfect command of spoken and written English
- Good command of other languages (Spanish, German, French) is an advantage
