Einführung
The Warehouse Coordinator position involves working in offshore-based operations on an Offshore Wind Farm, coordinating the picking, issuing, and receiving of materials and spare parts for technicians. The role also includes maintaining stocks in the SAP ERP system, ensuring work safety requirements are met, coordinating transport of goods, managing PPE and testing tools, handling waste disposal, and supporting organizational tasks. Qualifications include an apprenticeship or degree in warehouse management or logistics, warehouse experience in the Wind Industry, computer knowledge, and good communication skills in English. Competencies required are health and safety awareness, quality focus, customer orientation, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Aufgaben
- Picking, issuing, and receiving materials and spare parts
- Communicating and coordinating with the Service organization and teams
- Maintaining stocks in the SAP ERP system
- Ensuring material postings and conducting inventories
- Coordinating transport of goods and customs clearance
- Managing PPE, hoists, testing tools, and other devices
- Requesting offers for local purchases and creating purchase orders
- Coordinating spare parts deliveries to the Wind farm
- Supporting service site management with organizational tasks
Voraussetzungen
- Apprenticeship and/or degree in warehouse-management or logistics
- Warehouse experience in the Wind Industry preferred
- Full driving license
- Experience in Customs clearance/declaration beneficial
- Computer knowledge: SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, TMS, ERP system (SAP/AX)
- Good communication skills in English
- Good office and site management skills
