Team Leadership and Development:

Financial Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives, driving long-term profitability and sustainable growth.

Collaborate with the executive team to set financial targets and contribute to overall business planning.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:

Ensure proper financial analysis is performed to provide key insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Ensure regular financial reporting cycles to present comprehensive financial reports. including monthly business reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Financial Operations and Systems:

Lead financial operations, including accounting, billing, collections, and cash flow management, ensuring efficient and accurate financial processes.

Evaluate and implement financial systems and technologies to optimize financial management and reporting.
Capital Allocation and Investment Decisions:

Collaborate with the executive team to assess investment opportunities and capital allocation decisions to support strategic initiatives.

Evaluate and recommend potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
Risk Management and Compliance:

Oversee risk management strategies, identifying potential financial risks and implementing appropriate mitigation measures.

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements.
Your profile
Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or public accountant certification is preferred.

Proven track record of at least 10 years in a senior finance leadership role, ideally in a global scale-up.
Financial Expertise:

Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management best practices.
Strategic Vision and Execution:

Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
