Aufgaben
- Oversee and guide international activities across diverse energy markets
- Direct and manage energy operations teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align energy market strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with energy partners
- Monitor and analyze market trends and regulatory changes
- Build and mentor a high-performing team
- Identify potential risks in energy operations and develop strategies to mitigate them
Voraussetzungen
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international energy markets
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams
- Ability to think strategically while managing tactical details
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and German
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Effective communication skills in English, German is a plus
