Einführung
The SCNP Strategy Development Consultant will work with SCNP to review and evaluate its current roles within civil society networks and develop a short-term strategy for the future. The consultant will engage with SCNP members to update the strategic plan, considering new contextual challenges and thematic priorities. The goal is to design a well-informed and integrated strategic plan for the next two years.
Aufgaben
- Review and evaluate current roles within civil society networks and coordination bodies
- Develop short-term strategy with different scenarios for the way forward
- Meet with SCNP members in person during quarterly meetings
- Facilitate sessions to discuss and agree on the way forward
- Develop a strategic plan with clear goals, objectives, and actionable strategies
Voraussetzungen
- University Degree in humanitarian/development studies or related field
- At least 5 years of experience working with civil society in the MENA region
- 7 years of professional experience in strategic planning and organizational development
- Proven experience in developing comprehensive strategic plans for civil society organizations
- High expertise in designing and facilitating participatory processes and workshops
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- In-depth knowledge of Syrian political, social, and humanitarian context
