The Global Crop Diversity Trust is seeking a Strategic Advisor to the Executive Director to provide comprehensive support in strategic planning, organizational development, and external presentation. The role involves liaising with various teams within the organization and driving the mission of ensuring crop diversity for food security worldwide.

Aufgaben

Provide comprehensive support to the Executive Director in strategic planning and organizational development
Serve as a critical liaison between the Executive Director and all teams in the organization
Contribute to the implementation of the organization's strategic plan and work plans
Prepare the Executive Director for meetings, conferences, and public appearances
Represent the organization and act as a spokesperson when required
Ensure effective communication of the organization's mission and achievements
Assist in daily tasks and strategic initiatives
Support internal communications by providing updates to all staff

Voraussetzungen

Strong academic background in relevant disciplines such as biology, agriculture, geography, economics, political science, or other social sciences
At least seven years of relevant professional experience in an international setting
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English, proficiency in other languages is an asset
