Einführung
The TRANSFORM Roadmap Report Consultant position at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) involves developing a roadmap to institutionalize diverse sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression considerations in humanitarian action. The consultant will analyze current gaps, best practices, and provide recommendations for improvement in diverse SOGIESC inclusion. The report will be shared with USAID's BHA and interagency coordination mechanisms.
Aufgaben
- Analyzing and knowledge of diverse SOGIESC inclusion in humanitarian action
- Mixed-methods research design and policy analysis
- Creating clear recommendations for policy, programmatic, research, and/or coordination changes
- Participating in meetings with people in different time zones
Voraussetzungen
- Expertise in diverse SOGIESC inclusion and/or inclusion in humanitarian action
- Experience in mixed-methods research design and policy analysis
- Understanding of humanitarian coordination mechanisms and donor landscapes
- Experience in creating clear recommendations for policy, programmatic, research, and/or coordination changes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English, proficiency in French, Arabic, or Spanish is an advantage
