Einführung
Vay is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Telecommunications Test Engineer to join its connectivity team, focusing on enhancing connectivity for teledriving services.
Aufgaben
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Evaluate the connectivity in new cities/countries and execute tests for new connectivity features.
- Prepare detailed test reports, including metrics and analysis specific to connectivity.
- Automate the test cases, test reports, incident triaging and any other processes related to connectivity.
- Identify, document, and track defects for connectivity, working closely with the corresponding development teams to resolve issues.
- Perform root cause analysis of connectivity incidents to ensure long-term resolution and prevent recurrence.
Voraussetzungen
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Telecommunications Test Engineer or in a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of telecommunication systems, protocols, and networks.
- Advanced programming skills in Python and in SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
