    Einführung

    Join ACCURE as a Technical Sales Manager and help empower batteries for a clean energy future.

    Aufgaben

    • Drive sales excellence by expanding presence in existing and new markets, especially BESS.
    • Push product optimisation by collaborating with product development and providing market insights.
    • Generate market insights through thorough market research and competitor analysis.
    • Advance team development by leading and mentoring the sales team.
    • Collaborate closely with the executive team and colleagues in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
    • Help shape a greener future through impactful work.

    Voraussetzungen

    • At least 2 years of experience in the battery business (ideally BESS) and sales.
    • Pre-existing network in BESS and/or battery business of automotive OEMs.
    • Methodical sales approach with a focus on delivering results.
    • Team-oriented personality with a strategic mindset.
    • Excellent communication skills in business English; German is a plus.
