Einführung
Join ACCURE as a Technical Sales Manager and help empower batteries for a clean energy future.
Aufgaben
- Drive sales excellence by expanding presence in existing and new markets, especially BESS.
- Push product optimisation by collaborating with product development and providing market insights.
- Generate market insights through thorough market research and competitor analysis.
- Advance team development by leading and mentoring the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team and colleagues in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Help shape a greener future through impactful work.
Voraussetzungen
- At least 2 years of experience in the battery business (ideally BESS) and sales.
- Pre-existing network in BESS and/or battery business of automotive OEMs.
- Methodical sales approach with a focus on delivering results.
- Team-oriented personality with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in business English; German is a plus.
