    Einführung

    Join Leaftech as a Technical Sales Executive and contribute to shaping our sales team while driving revenue growth in the asset and facility management sector.

    Aufgaben

    • Contribute to shaping our sales team from scratch and scale revenue to the next level.
    • Identify new leads, acquire new customers/partners (including cold call acquisitions), and take a full lead from initial discussion to closing the deal with potential clients.
    • Create and manage plans and strategies for achieving the company’s sales goals.
    • Take ownership of your segment’s budget, OKR/KPIs, and metrics with full responsibility.
    • Analyse patterns in customer and market behaviour, and accordingly define data-driven action strategies to consistently optimize our value proposition and the business’ commercial performance.
    • Prepare customer-specific solution proposals using our product/service portfolio.
    • Plan and participate in marketing and promotional campaigns.
    • Design and refine existing sales practices and tools to create repeatable, scalable sales processes that accelerate growth quickly.
    • Collaborate with the management team and set up quarterly and yearly sales OKR/KPIs.
    • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
    • Cultivate and develop a winning culture through performance expectations, driving the appropriate behaviour to develop a pipeline, direction, transparency, and proactive communication.

    Voraussetzungen

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
    • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a half glass filled and play-to-win attitude.
    • A people person with a natural ability to connect and establish a strong network.
    • Technical understanding of buildings, building systems, and their operational behaviour.
    • Previous experience, preferably, in the target business segment of asset management, building management, and building system engineering.
    • Ability to use network and experience to identify new Sales/Partnership opportunities and convert them to sales lead.
    • An innovative mindset and a problem-solving attitude.
    • Solid negotiation, organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.
    • You come with a hands-on approach and mentality.
    • Able to work independently, self-managed, and organized.
    • Enthusiastic, persuasive, and motivational.
    • Ability to translate customer feedback, and market learnings into products and services, and work with business development and UX teams to ensure a solid product market fit.
    • Knowledge of the German real estate market, building policies, regulations, and laws is essential, and an understanding of other EU markets is a plus.
    • Basic knowledge of industry-specific relevant norms and standards (DIN, EN, ISO, VDI).
