Einführung
As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) at CYCLE, you will play a key role in managing and driving hardware development programs, ensuring smooth execution and delivery from concept to mass production.
Aufgaben
- Develop and manage detailed hardware project timelines
- Monitor and control project budgets
- Coordinate and prioritize engineering tasks
- Provide clear and regular updates to stakeholders
- Lead design reviews at critical project stages
- Proactively track and mitigate product risks
- Oversee Bill of Materials (BOM) management
- Manage and implement changes to existing products
- Lead the creation and execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs
- Build and optimize processes for effective risk management
- Travel internationally to manufacturing facilities and work closely with supply chain partners
Voraussetzungen
- Proven experience in developing and delivering hardware products at scale
- Strong technical background in hardware and electronics development
- Minimum of 3 years in a hardware engineering environment
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple cultures
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices
- Ability to manage complex projects with a focus on details and meeting deadlines
- Based in Berlin, with the ability to travel internationally
- Fluent in English; German is not required but considered a plus
