Einführung
We are looking to hire an experienced part-time (20 hours/week) team member (m/f/x) for our finance & legal team with a strong focus on legal & compliance at our location in either Munich or Berlin.
Aufgaben
- Legal compliance auditing, controlling and monitoring of contracts
- Maintenance and further development of the Foundation’s internal contract processes
- Advising the team on legal and operational contract issues
- Assisting the team with trainings on contract and foundation law issues
- Assisting with compliance issues and monitoring legal and internal compliance requirements
- Assisting with legally required reports and fulfilling regulatory requirements
- Preparing decision papers for internal decision makers on legal topics
- Communicating with internal stakeholders and external partners
Voraussetzungen
- Completed studies in business or law (e.g., Bachelor of Laws or First State Examination)
- Additional qualifications in foundation law, contract law, and compliance
- Several years of relevant professional experience in contract management and compliance, preferably with nonprofit organizations
- Proven written and oral communication skills in German and English
- Reliable and independent work style with excellent structural and organizational skills
- High degree of integrity and teamwork skills
- Excellent problem-solving and implementation skills
- Very good MS Office skills
