Aufgaben
- Own and manage the company's website vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Implement a solid CRO strategy including testing plans and analysis
- Manage the development of new designs and functionalities for the website
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of website projects
- Provide effective leadership to a team of specialists
- Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development
Voraussetzungen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, (Digital) Marketing or related field
- 10+ years experience in similar roles
- Proven experience in digital marketing, website development, SEO, CRO, and content management systems
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a diverse team
- Experience with e-commerce shops and project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
