Your Responsibilties

• You lead a dynamic team of IT Infrastructure Admins within our innovative IT Organization
• You develop the IT Infrastructure team to provide skills required today and tomorrow based on  strategic capacity planning
• You meticulously observe technology trends and evaluate innovative solutions in the area of network, infrastructure and end-user hardware in order to provide the required IT performance
• You manage a team of M365 application managers and support them in implementing a consistent and efficient application & data architecture
• You manage external partners efficiently and effectively in order to deliver best-in-class services to our internal customers based on an optimized balance between internal and external service responsibilities
• You support application managers in other IT functions to design and implement efficient and performant infrastructure solutions
• You foster close collaboration with business functions across the entire company, actively gathering strategic and functional requirements to derive a scalable and efficient infrastructure strategy
• You orchestrate the operation of our infrastructure landscape based on service concepts, governance definitions and organizational prerequisites

What You Bring

• You are graduated in business informatics or comparable studies
• You bring leadership experience within a user service-driven IT Organization
• You have strong experience in IT infrastructure administration in hybrid cloud and on-premises environments and also in end-user device management, including HW/SW imaging, SW distribution and upgrades
• You are experienced in Agile/SAFe Methodology and IT Project Management
• You bring high problem-solving skills and are very well organized
• You have the sociability and ability to work in a team, a confident and friendly demeanor, flexibility, as well as strong commitment and willingness to perform
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
