Join FOUR PAWS as a Team Lead Fundraising and contribute to global animal welfare in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Supporting the management of the Fundraising team together with the Head of Fundraising
Contributing on a strategic and operational level to further structure and develop the department
Acting as a sparring partner to the Head of Fundraising
Developing and implementing strategies, reporting systems, guidelines and processes
Maintaining contact with important internal and external stakeholders and partners
Overseeing and controlling budgets for the fundraising team
Representing FOUR PAWS Germany at networking and professional events

Several years of relevant experience and/or educational background
Experience in leading, managing, coordinating, and motivating teams
Further training in fundraising, e.g. courses at the Fundraising Academy or similar would be an advantage
Strong communication skills
Willingness to travel/ driver's license
Fluent in German and English
Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
