Einführung
As a full-service provider of clean energy solutions, we supply residential and commercial customers with solar modules, energy storage, and integrated services, ensuring access to 100% clean energy.
Aufgaben
- Coordinate trading activities by monitoring wholesale markets and conducting market analyses
- Propose hedging/trading strategies
- Execute trading deals within the Qcells risk management framework
- Manage, monitor, and optimize generation plants connected to the Qcells Virtual Power Plant (VPP)
- Create trading and marketing strategies for Qcells' flexible assets and decentralized energy resources (DER)
- Develop strategic business models for Qcells customers in collaboration with sales teams
- Organize and develop the team, leading recruiting activities and supporting employee development
- Manage the team's budget
- Influence hedging strategies as a key stakeholder in the hedging committee
- Ensure compliance with risk management policies and align hedging activities with overall business objectives
Voraussetzungen
- A completed university degree in a relevant field related to the energy sector
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to effectively manage and inspire a team
- Strong project management experience overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong analytical thinking and numerical agility for data-driven decisions
- Profound knowledge of German energy market conditions, including key players and current trends
- Business fluency in both German and English
