Einführung
Sea-Watch is looking for a Team Coordinator (f/m/d) for the Operational Coordination department, responsible for overseeing search and rescue operations in the Central Mediterranean.
Aufgaben
- Management and coordination of a team of 9 members
- Personnel responsibility for team members including onboarding and feedback talks
- Ensure role clarity and promote individual development
- Moderate team meetings and facilitate cooperation
- Maintain overview of tasks and ensure prioritization discussions
- Monitor processes and optimize workflows
- Administer the team’s yearly budget
- Promote team development and independent working
- Lead discussions and promote a sustainable working culture
- Recognize needs and conflicts and implement solutions
Voraussetzungen
- At least three years of proven professional work experience in leading teams or project groups
- Experience in personnel management and team development
- Experience in budgeting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Structured and self-organized working style
- Ability to master unknown and changing challenges
- Empathetic and motivating in a dynamic environment
- Ability to mediate between different interests
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
