Join ENVIRIA as a Team Assistant and be a central component for the success of our department and the entire company!
Aufgaben
- Support the team in organizational matters
- Act as the interface to all organizational processes including appointments, seminars, and travel
- Create and edit presentations
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding new colleagues for the Finance team
- Maintain the general database and create statistics based on electronic data and documents
- Organize the office and drive digitalization processes
Voraussetzungen
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Strong team spirit
- Well-developed knowledge of the MS Office package
- Business fluent in German (C1+)
- Very good command of written and spoken English (B1+)
