Aufgaben
- Administration and financial management of third-party projects and budget resources.
- Organization of meetings, workshops, and conferences.
- Administrative coordination of the research laboratory.
- Human resources matters for the research laboratory.
- Administration of teaching/student support.
- Guest support and reimbursement of guest lecturer funds.
- Mailbox and calendar management
Voraussetzungen
- Successfully completed training as an administrative specialist or office management specialist, or individuals with equivalent skills
- Experience in the fields of administration, finance, and human resources
- Experience in project management
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as online meeting tools (Zoom, WebEx)
- Experience in budget management
- Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written German and English
- Excellent computer skills
