Einführung
Planted Foods AG is looking for a Systems & Security Engineer to join their team. The role involves managing a portfolio of Cloud applications, optimizing their connection to central IAM on Azure and AWS, developing solutions for Microsoft Windows Client infrastructure, integrating M365 services, ensuring security and compliance, setting up and managing laptops and smartphones, troubleshooting user-related issues, and providing support for critical systems. The ideal candidate should have a background in Systems Engineering or DevOps, experience with Azure ecosystem, Microsoft Entra ID, Defender, and Intune, strong troubleshooting skills, effective communication in German and English, comfort in a fast-paced team environment, and the ability to mentor junior engineers. The position is located in Memmingen with a hybrid remote work status at 100% workload.
Aufgaben
- Manage a portfolio of Cloud applications and optimize their connection to the central IAM (Entra ID) on Azure and AWS.
- Develop solutions for the Microsoft Windows Client infrastructure and Digital Workplace.
- Integrate, manage, and support M365 services like Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Ensure security and compliance by creating and enforcing policies and best practices with Microsoft Defender and Azure Security.
- Set up and manage laptops and smartphones using Intune and Apple Business Manager.
- Troubleshoot issues related to users, reliability, and security.
- Create and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
- Provide support for critical systems during business hours.
Voraussetzungen
- Completed vocational training and at least 2 years of experience as a Systems Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role, with experience in managing Cloud and On-Premises infrastructures.
- Solid knowledge of the Azure ecosystem.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Defender, and Intune.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication in German, both written and verbal. English and any additional foreign language is a plus.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to mentor Junior Engineers and provide technical guidance.
