Einführung
Join Fraunhofer MEVIS as a System Administrator IT-Support and support our staff in fulfilling their research tasks by operating central IT services and developing new IT systems.
Aufgaben
- Support staff on Windows, Linux, or Mac workstations
- Covering support operations in our helpdesk and 1st level support for end users
- Prioritization of tickets and documentation of requests in the ticket system
- Independent processing and resolution of requests from 1st-level support together with 2nd-level support
- Create and maintain various user accounts for internal as well as external services
Voraussetzungen
- A completed training in information technology or relevant certification and equivalent experiences
- Experiences in installation and configuration of client systems
- Handling of service requests via a ticket system
- First knowledge in the areas of network technology, virtualization or mobile device management
- Good German or English skills
