Einführung
As a Supply Chain Manager at inne, your mission is to lead the component procurement, supply chain and pricing negotiations for medical devices, while coordinating client-specific activities and overseeing supplier relationships.
Aufgaben
- Lead the component procurement, supply chain and pricing negotiations for medical devices, including diagnostics and electronics
- Coordinate all client-specific activities in connection with supply chain processes with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee and build relationships with suppliers and select and develop new ones
- Coordinate fulfilment services (3PL), custom clearance and overall shipment network
- Partner with product expansion teams to scale up new products by defining requirements and assisting with vendor identification
- Work with suppliers to measure effective performance, quality and compliance against KPI criteria
- Negotiate and manage contract terms with suppliers
- Run a global supplier network for manufacturing design and technology solutions
Voraussetzungen
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Supply chain management or Operations leadership role in a modern high-volume production environment
- University degree in economics or engineering, preferably with a focus on logistics or supply chain or a comparable qualification
- Experience in end-to-end responsibility for implementing a production strategy from proof of concept to series production ramp-up
- Experience in high-volume, automated manufacturing including dynamic planning & execution during production ramp-up
- Experience working with medical devices and regulated products, PCBA and procurement of electrical components is a plus
