Einführung
Join the ReDI School as a Student Community Manager and help empower kids and teens through digital education!
Aufgaben
- Act as the main contact person for kids, teens, and their parents regarding courses and workshops.
- Recruit participants considering relevant target groups.
- Develop and implement testing, feedback, and evaluation procedures to ensure the quality of offerings.
- Organize and coordinate the smooth running of courses three afternoons a week (Thu/Fri/Sat).
- Coordinate workshops during school holidays.
- Document and monitor attendance of students in courses.
- Assist in planning and conducting orientation, introductory, and closing events for new and departing participants.
- Collaborate closely with the youth program team.
Voraussetzungen
- Fluent in German and English with clear communication skills.
- Confident and friendly in dealing with various target groups.
- Experience in multicultural contexts or educational training is an advantage.
- Strong interest in the IT field and digital education.
- High social competence, empathy, patience, and ability to work independently.
- Positive, solution-oriented, and well-organized attitude.
- Flexible and adaptable to new situations and challenges.
- Additional languages such as Arabic, Farsi, Ukrainian, or Russian are a plus.
