Student Assistant/ Studentische Hilfskräfte (WHF)

(12-19 hours/week)

(open until position is filled)

At the Department of Economic and Technological Change (ZEF ECON)

We are looking for a student assistant who can assist us in the following activities:

• Research assistance, literature search and write up

• Data preparation and statistical analyses

• Contributing to the preparation of PowerPoint presentations

• General administrative and research support

Requirements

− Level of studies: early Master Student, preferably in agricultural economics, or economics, development or related disciplines

− Excellent speaking and writing skills in English are compulsory (German & French an advantage)

− Experience in conducting literature reviews, writing and editing

− Experience in data compilation and basic analyses using Excel, Stata, SPSS and similar

− Ability to work independently, efficiently and target oriented
