Einführung
OlamAid e.V. is a humanitarian aid organization dedicated to responding to the evolving needs of crisis and conflict-affected populations, both within and outside Germany. Our mission is to support these communities as they transition from crisis to recovery, rehabilitation, and sustainable living.
Aufgaben
- Manage and maintain social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) including content creation, scheduling, community interaction, and performance analysis.
- Update and maintain website content, ensuring information is current and accurate, and optimize the user experience.
- Assist in creating press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials, and support the planning and execution of PR campaigns.
- Work closely with the communications and development team to develop and implement consistent and impactful communication strategies.
Voraussetzungen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Ideally experience in social media management, website maintenance, or PR. Experience in volunteering or social and humanitarian projects is advantageous.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms and MS Office. Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
