Strategy Program Manager (m/w/d)
The Department Strategy & Development is responsible for managing the Strategy of the Supply Chain Planning Organization in alignment with Global Service Strategy. We serve as an anchor providing overall direction, guiding Priotization and supporting Execution of the long-term Strategy Objectives coordinating activities across different Regional and Global functions. As a Global function we are responsible to standardize ways of working globally and roll out new procedures to our 5 Regions.
Responsibilities
As the Strategy Program Manager (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the Next Generation Supply Chain Program and thereby oversee the fulfillment and reconcile the interdependencies among the Program. You will coordinate the activities between our multiple projects, provide strategic guidance to the Project Managers, Product Managers, Product Owners and the Service Management.
- Taking a high-level view of the entire program, and strategically guide Project Managers to ensure they are all working effectively toward the program's objective
- Facilitate communication among the programs cross-functional team and manage stakeholders' communication
- Plan the overall program, monitor project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders
- Daily program management throughout the program lifecycle
- Define the program governance
- Manage the program's budget and the main program documents
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring successful project completion
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment
- Coordinate the multiple projects and their interdependencies
- Manage and utilize resources across projects and provide guidance and mentorship to project team members
- Align deliverables to the program's outcome
- Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among project team members
- Continuously assess and improve project management processes and methodologies
Qualifications
To be qualified in this role you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Project Management or Business Engineering)
- Min. 5 years of experience in Program Management or related role such as international Logistics Solutions or Management Consulting
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional international teams and global time zones
- Fluent English language skills at negotiation level
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel: 20 days/year
