Einführung
Join us as a Strategic Communications Officer to actively shape the outreach and communications work within the PLAN’EAT project and present the work and impact of our international think tank.
Aufgaben
- Development and implementation of a communication strategy for TMG’s True Cost Accounting programme
- Lead strategic communications and outreach activities
- Advise and support the PLAN’EAT team in the design, editing and publication of key reports
- Key contact at TMG GmbH for communication matters for other PLAN’EAT partners
- Web development, maintenance and regular updating of TMG’s true cost accounting website
- Tracking web and social media analytics to support the development of outreach strategies
Voraussetzungen
- At least a bachelor’s degree in communication sciences, international studies, politics, journalism or a related field
- Knowledge of the German, European and international sustainability community
- Experience in developing communication strategies targeting policy makers and society
- Several years of relevant experience in editing and publishing outputs
- Relevant experience in website development and maintenance
- Relevant experience in the strategic use of social media and digital platforms
- Experience in briefing and steering of service providers
- Excellent spelling and grammatical skill, attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize work assignments, accuracy and strong organizational and analytical skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English and German
- Enthusiasm, flexibility, strong team-spirit, ability to learn independently
