Hey there, procurement enthusiast! We are looking for a charismatic and experienced procurement savvy to join our operations team at Formo. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape our procurement department and ensure sourcing high quality ingredients at competitive prices for our product launch. Responsibilities

• Develop clear and results-driven category plans in line with key criteria such as cost, compliance with FSQA standards, product development and commercial needs

• Take responsibility for our supplier management, as well as negotiating terms, conditions and pricing

• Implement cost-saving strategies to achieve our ambitious COGS targets

• Manage supply chain disruptions, identify new opportunities, track price fluctuations and create contingency plans

• Lead the development of sustainable sourcing strategy and innovation, aligning CSR requirements, conducting due diligence & assessing social/environmental risks

Job requirements

• Relevant experience (4+ years) in the FMCG industry with a focus on procurement, supply chain or similar

• Strong Negotiation and Category management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• You’re used to working in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and constantly changing environments

• Hands-on mentality along with a structured approach and a can-do attitude

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite (Google Sheets, Excel) complemented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

• An ownership mindset and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision

• Fluent in English; German and any other EU language are a plus

• Traveling: Willingness to travel to suppliers, attend trade shows etc. (up to 30% of working time)
