Einführung
As a Social Media Specialist at COPERNICUS BERLIN, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to inform a broad audience about the work we do and the opportunities we offer, while also attracting our target group to apply for our projects.
Aufgaben
- Develop engaging and relevant content that highlights COPERNICUS BERLIN’s mission, initiatives, scholarship opportunities, and success stories.
- Manage and maintain our social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting schedules and engaging with our online community.
- Foster meaningful interactions with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other teams within COPERNICUS BERLIN to plan and execute social media campaigns to promote events, training courses, and projects.
- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools to track key metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and algorithm changes, adapting our strategies accordingly.
- Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and organized posting schedule.
Voraussetzungen
- Proven experience managing social media accounts.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the education and non-profit sectors is a plus.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
