Aufgaben
- Perform scheduled service procedures on offshore wind turbines
- Identify and troubleshoot common component faults on electrical and mechanical systems
- Provide on-job qualification training and evaluate competency
- Lead small teams and ensure safety and productivity
- Maintain documentation and report technical issues
- Follow safety procedures and participate in relevant call arrangements
- Participate in internal training and development programs
Voraussetzungen
- Completed electrical education/training
- Several years of experience in the wind sector, preferably offshore
- GWO standard certification for offshore work
- Advanced understanding of electrical & mechanical systems
- Advanced knowledge in Business English
- Proactive and independent work ethic
- Team player with flexibility for shift work and site location
