Einführung
Join elvah as a Senior Technical Project Manager and help redefine the charging ecosystem for electric vehicles while leading an agile team to deliver innovative software solutions.
Aufgaben
- Manage a portfolio of initiatives across multiple lines of business
- Steer and organize an interdisciplinary, agile team
- Focus on Roadmap Planning, Requirement Engineering, Acceptance Criteria, Estimation, Priority & Risk Management
- Provide guidance and leadership to the project team
- Oversee status reporting including updates on roadmap, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues
- Communicate effectively with superiors, team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Manage ongoing quality control and participate in resolving quality issues
- Promote Agile methodologies, frameworks, and mindset across the organization
Voraussetzungen
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience in requirement engineering and leading projects using Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong technical background and knowledge of current technologies, tools, and Agile frameworks
- Proven track record of leading Agile mobile and web application projects
- Understanding of interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs
- Attention to detail and high-quality standards
- Fluent in English and German
- Permanent residence in Germany or the EU
- Industry knowledge is a plus
