Aufgaben
- You will be responsible for the areas of strategic brand management and differentiation, storytelling and PR, both professionally and disciplinarily.
- You will develop strategic measures to secure and expand long-term customer relationships.
- You plan marketing and sales measures in the B2B environment in order to increase our brand awareness.
- You analyse our competitive environment and develop our marketing activities and products
- You develop marketing ideas and implement campaigns to generate leads
- You are responsible for the design and further development of the organisation (structures, processes) to ensure that the company's goals are met.
- You lead your team in a goal-oriented and appreciative manner
- You represent the company externally and internally
Voraussetzungen
- You have a degree in business studies with a focus on marketing and have several years of professional experience in marketing and sales of digital product solutions
- You have an affinity for sales and experience in the B2B environment
- You have proven experience in managing employees and have strong leadership skills
- You convince with your communication skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking comes naturally to you, as does getting to the bottom of complex issues
- You are an organisational talent and have high expectations of your own work
- You have a very good command of written and spoken English
- You are ready for a new challenge and/or would like to take the next step.
