Aufgaben
- Shape the product vision by developing and communicating a clear product goal, vision, and roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams by collaborating with engineers, machine learning experts, and designers.
- Set and prioritise goals in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Understand user needs by working closely with UX Designers.
- Translate user needs and business objectives into actionable software features.
- Communicate product impact by articulating the benefits and impact of new features.
- Measure product success using qualitative and quantitative data.
Voraussetzungen
- At least 5 years of experience leading agile product development as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a digital environment.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies, development techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to simplify complex problems and offer practical solutions.
- Fluent in English, both in written and verbal form.
