Einführung
Join Mindpeak as a Senior Product Manager to drive the development and success of our AI-based digital pathology products.
Aufgaben
- Define and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with the C-Level team
- Understand customer workflows and pain points
- Lead collaboration across ML and Tech teams
- Prioritize features and oversee the development process
- Lead the development of a new AI platform for multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF)
- Drive successful product launches with strong go-to-market strategies
Voraussetzungen
- 5+ years in software product management in healthcare
- Experience in digital pathology is preferred
- Foundational understanding of pathology or molecular biology
- Strong customer focus with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication in English (German is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business)
- Advanced degrees (Master’s, MBA, or related medical/biological qualifications) are a plus
